Are your articles handmade?

Our Chappals are genuinely handmade, and made of high quality leather.

Do you make customized Chappals?

Yes, we make customized Chappals for our customers. You can enter you customized footwear size i-e length and width in the "note to order" box on the checkout page.

Do you charge separately for the customized Chappals?

No, we don't charge separately for  customized orders. We provide your customized measurements to our cordwainers and they do the service for you. 

Where can we find the size chart for all of your articles?

Size chart for all of our articles is uploaded in the pictures selection of each article. You can also find an “open size guide” tab there, for all details regarding sizing.

What is your Return policy?

We only accept exchanges in sizes with the same article.

 How much time do I have to return my item?

Customers have 3 days to request an exchange for an item from the date of order receipt.
